Mr. D.C. Theunis
Danny Theunis has been an attorney at law since 2010. From 2010 until 2017, he worked for CMS in Utrecht. His primary domains of expertise are liability (professional and director’s and officer’s liability) and disciplinary law. His focus is on litigation on behalf of professional practitioners and their organizations, both in liability and compensation proceedings and before disciplinary tribunals. Danny also has wide experience in procedural law, enforcement and insurance law. Danny has completed a secondment within the London insurance market (as a Dutch lawyer). He is a regular contributor to several Dutch legal journals and he is editor of the Dutch legal journal “Tijdschrift voor de Procespraktijk”. Danny has also contributed to the Inheritance Law Comments, published by SDU.
